Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

About the Owner

Brent is a Richmond native but spends much of his time in Deltaville. A seasoned real estate entrepreneur, father, sailor, Rotarian, and family man with parents retired in Deltaville. Brent manages the Houses. He is passionate about providing a top notch place so guests can feel at home when they visit Deltaville.
